In 2014 I began photographing suicide survivors and created a movement called Conspiracy Of Hope. Through revelation and growth, this movement was renamed to Seeds Of Cedar to reflect the mission to plant hope in the lives of others.

Life After Dark is a book by Author and Photographer Suzanne Sagmeister, and includes 100 Stories of Hope from Survivors of Suicide across Canada. Her life impacted by suicide for the first time at the age of six months, Suzanne began the journey of travelling across Canada to photograph survivors of suicide over four years ago.  Life After Dark is a compilation of her journey that took her to every province and territory in Canada and shares the stories – in each survivors own words – of how their lives were touched and changed by suicide.
